Paint Oven

Design of a drying oven for powder coating and ceramic painting. Each of the parts of the oven has been drawn and designed. A bill of material with technical drawings were made in order to produce the design to the required dimensions and standards.
Technical Drawings
Detailed technical drawings and a material list were created while adhering to the required dimensions. This approach facilitated production and ensured high-performance equipment.
An exploded view of all components was created to clearly illustrate the assembly process and individual parts of the design. This visualization helps in understanding the structure, facilitating manufacturing, and ensuring seamless integration of all elements.
3D Modelling and Render
The 3D render provides a visual representation of the dry paint oven, where painted objects are suspended for even coating and heating.

Infrared heating panels on the side, ensuring uniform curing of the painted surfaces.

Hanging components in different colors (blue, green, orange), representing the powder-coated parts undergoing the curing process.
