Carbon Fiber Pole Spear

Concept and design of a carbon fiber roller pole spear.
This type of pole spear design uses a roller system to allow to shoot the spear.

The client had multiple requests including:
 

- 2 x 1.5m carbon rods

- 17MM Diameter (outer carbon wall 3MM)  

- Stainless steel joiner

- Roller head

- Ceramic or stainless steel bearings

- 300MM injector rod stainless steel

- Slip tip attached to injector 

- 14MM progressive speargun rubber

- The rubber will have a nylon hand strap at the other end of the rubber

- Approximate total length of 3.7M
